Flower pot............Also added the how to.....

I made this for a challenge & then decided to give it to Darraghs teacher because she is such a sweetheart,Darragh loves the bones of her & always has a smile on his face when he comes home from school :)

I bought the little pot in Ikea ( 3 for just over a euro ) .I really enjoyed altering it,I included the how to if anyone would like to try it.....lol.

I cut 3 different sized circles with my nesties ( You could honestly cut these by hand as it doesn't matter if they are perfect or not )

I then wet the paper & scrunched it up as tight as i could & left it to dry out for a while...

Then whilst still damp i unwrapped it ( sometimes it will rip a little but I think that gives it character...lol)

Then i left them dry completely ( overnight if possible,or you could put them on a rad if you need them sooner ;)....) Then add your button & I also added some glossy accents for dew drops ...

The get your little pot & fill it with oasis ( I find this easiest because you just have to push the pot onto it & there is no measuring...lol

The put some doublesided tape on the pot ( I don't use glue because it doesn't dry fast enough )

Add the paper to the pot & smooth out as you go,i find it easiest to have a tweesers at hand to get it into the little crevices ....Also add some doublesided tape to the seam...

When cutting the paper at the end of the pot you don't have to be too particular because you will be sanding it......

When your finished ink the end of the pot ( I think this gives it a soft look )

Then I inked some lace & added doublesided tape & then applied to the top of my flower pot....

Then I covered my oasis with glue & added flowersoft.....

The i used scotch tape to apply my flowers to skewere,I also got some wire, wrapped it round a skewer & added some beads........I used a cocktail stick to add my stamped sentiment...

Finally i used my beads & beadcaps to make an Angel to add to the pot......
