Dinner at the boys house tonight was fantastic.Chris did the cooking.
The menu was....
Starters....
Prawn cocktail ( not for me,don't like prawns)
Warm chicken salad ( yes that was for me....lol)
Main course.....
Pan seared fillet of steak served on colcannon with sauted onions & mushrooms
Dessert...
Strawberry cheesecake & apple pie
I am now fit to burst but i bet i will sleep tonight...lol.Last night was a long long night,from 4.30 am each minute was like an hour.So i got an hours sleep today at about 11 ish so i am really going to try sleep tonight.I even have my herb tea on the ready....lol
I finally did an L.O. it seem so long since i did one.I am happy with the result too!!!!!
