Growing ....................

I made this L.O. today & while making it i was looking back at all my husband & i have achieved in our time together.I met Mike when i was 16 ...yes 16 all those years ago....lol.We were together 27 years in June.
In our almost 25 years of marrige we have 3 wonderful,caring & giving children.A wonderful grandson that keeps us young.Michael is an eletrician by trade & is also an C.Q.M.S ( Company Quarter Master)in the Irish Army.
I am a hair dresser,a nail technician & i have studied photography for 3 years so life has been busy & tough at times.

Now that the kids have grown & fled the nest we are having to get back to just the two of us.At first it was so strange as there was always something happening concerning the kids that kept us busy but now it is just us.We now go for trips,walks,picnics, ect & i have to say i love this.It is like getting to know each other all over again.I remember my friends saying " when the kids leave home you will be so lost,you will have to go through the empty nest syndrome " Well i have been through it & out the other side & life is good....lol
