Altered photo frame ......

I bought a couple of  Photo Frames in cardznscraps a few months ago & I have been looking at them wondering what I would do with them...lol.

Last night I decided I would make a frame for my adoreable grandson Darragh to put on his bedroom shelf,he loves dinosaurs & is having his room revamped so this is the ideal accessory for his room....lol.

This is the easiest frame I have ever made,the frame itself is great because it has a cushioned feel therefore making it easy to work with :).

I used Bo Bunny Double Dot Rust Double Sided Cardstock,feels more like a heavy paper than cardstock...

Autumn leaves Talkin circles stamp for the sentiment.

A script stamp,this one would be ideal & very reasonably priced.

Basic Grey chipboard stickers for the Dino & the word BOY

I cut the paper into 4 2" strips

Then I slit & tucked the paper round the centre of the frame .

Then I glued the paper to the frame .

I then distresses it with ink when the paper  was completely dry.

Then I stamped onto the frame with the script stamp,using the archival inkpad .

Then I stamped the sentiment using the same ink,also added a circle of paper to the back to make it pop a little

Then I added the basic grey chipboard accents.
