Yes today i decided to make orange & chocolate marble cupcakes,they were just totally delish.......... The orange is so tangy & fresh plus mixed with chocolate...yummmmm just fabbylous......
I also managed to make 2 cards last night..Yes a whooping great amount no?????...lmao.I finally went throught all my Christmas stamps last night & i honestly didn't realise how many i had ( sigh)....I must do an RAK to someone ...lol.Junie is so busy with college she has totally given up on crafting,she has 60 assignments this year so it is head in the books,so i now have her selection of Christmas goodies also....lol
Ok here is the recipe for the Cup Cakes
4 1/2 oz of butter
4 1/2 oz of caster sugar
4 1/2 oz of plain flour
2 eggs
1/4 tsp of baking powder
1 1/2 tsp of coco powder
Zest of an orange ( yes the whole orange because i love the tangy taste...lol)
8 to 10 mins in a 180 oven
Fresh orange juice for the icing
Mix to a pouring consistency
Divide the mix in two & add the coco powder to half,the scoop into cases & use a skewer to mix,don't over mix ....
Voila cakes from the oven.....
