Was watching Rachel Allen on tv plus the last few weeks,had to record because she was on a 9 in the morning while i was working....Anyways i was tempted to try her lemon cup cakes & guess what ?????????????????????????????....Today my sweetheart of a husband bought me Rachels book based on the tv series & Nigellas new Christmas book,i was just thrilled,yes he is the best husband ever....lol.
Well i had no excuse other than to bake then had i ???.......lol
My faourite part of baking is the tasting,i loved the mixture extremely lemony & the icing was to die for.I made a few butterfly cakes & cream mountains also.....lol.
Other than that i didn't do much else other than visit & have coffee,the simplist things are the things you miss the most don't ya think ????

As i was typing this blog my son called to me to come downstairs & bring my camera......Sigh what a shock i had instore,all my hard work ate in a minute....................Mind you i did laugh as the poor dog was so sheepish looking & burping so much,i figured that was punshiment enough & at least i know they were enjoyed...lmao
Yes i did disenfect the table .........lol
