Wonderful day............

Yes that just about sums up today for me.....

Firstly i am not sure if i mentioned or not that i have been poached from my job to a better paying job ....It is a job as activity director in a nursing home.I am due to start in Janurary because of my back being sore.Today i got a call to come in & meet the patients...Ohhh wow !!! Such sweet people,I am so looking forward to working with them.I actually came away laughing from their comments about me looking too young to be married almost 25 years to which i replied " Tis the moisturiser ladies" roflol

When i came home i just shouted hello to Mike & ran for the shower.When i came out Mike had a cuppa waiting plus 2 packages......

My first package was from my friend Dianne ,i was so touched i just couldn't believe how thoughtful her gift was.I had admired her jewellery during the summer & she had now bought me a piece of it....Just unbelieveably kind & considerate & especially after a rough time....
Dianne you are truly a diamond in the rough & thanks soooo much my friend.

Now this next gift is certainly one from someone that knows me too well....lmao.

This gift was from my secret santa,i couldn't have picked a gift so perfectly if i tried.I am so into baking these days & have started collecting different bits & pieces,then today this lands on my doorstep....What a fantastic surprise !!!!!!!It is from Lynda ...
