Addictions & ice-cream scoops......

I have many I have to say,crafting,baking,jewellery making & of course the one & only worse addiction ever "Chocolate".I think I would have a serious heart attack if I were to sit back & have a look at my paypal account for he past period of 5 years & also my debit card,the reason I am blogging this is because every week for the past 5 or six years I have bought one if not several items from ebay,onling stores & local stores for one of the addictions above.

Today I was set to wondering how rich would I be if I didn't have these addictions,anyone that knows me know I seriously am addicted to craft shopping.I only have to look aroung me here in my craftroom to know it is a problem,hands up how many buy just because it was " on sale" I am surely guilty of that one....lmoa.

Always thinking " I need that,I could use that,that would be nice in such a place....lol.Well as I look around me now I could seriously part with an awful lot that I haven't use & know I am not going to use,maybe I should declutter & make some room ;o).

Anyways the reason I actually was committed to this post is because last week I searched hi & low looking for an old fashioned ice-cream scoop all to no avail unless I spent 10 euro on it ( yes I did as I have already said I have addiction issues),shocking price for something that could most likely have been bought for 1 euro several years back before ice cream scoops became all fashionable.

Finally I get my scoop only to realise it is actually to big for what I required & now needed to find a smaller one again all to no avail,went to the best shop I could find ( the one I got the original one at) & he

looked at me like I had gone all "alien like "

"A small scoop"..."A small scoop"..."we don't do those"

hmmmm thinking I must have been stupid to suggest that scoops come smaller that the one he sold...lol.Searched online & sure as eggs are eggs I find one in England yahhhhhhh.....Neigh " we don't ship to Ireland" they ship to America but not Ireland,Jesus grant me patience.

Back to the drawing board ( online) & low n behold I find a shop on ebay called 6scrappy sisters ,I was just looking for the scoop but found a few items I also "needed" ( yes addictive personality ole me ),I then calculate the shipping & notice it said they will combine shipping at "your request" well low n behold that lady ( Pat is her name) mails me back & tells me that shipping for the 6 items was only $4.90,plus I paid her invoice today & they were shipped today,awesome buisness woman I say :o).

Not only does she sell bakeware items she also sells scrapping items & is definetly worth shopping with :o).

This is my good deed to all those that suffer addictions like myself,my contribution is shop at 6scrappysisters & let your addictions run wild & in the meantime get cheap shipping ;o).There are good addictions & bad addictions but really if my addictions make me happy are they bad ???
